Will Brady tie Alvarardo's record of the most National wins?

It looks like Minnesota Handball in 2016 is going to be exciting and jam packed with hosting the National Collegiate Championship, The National Open Championships and a Pro-Stop!  Wow, 2016 will be a trifecta for MN Handball!

Now that it's official, I wanted inform you two why I stepped up as tournament director for the 2016 US Handball Championships.

Back in October, I was led to believe that the Nationals was being held in Denver, CO.  As a board member for the USHA, I didn't hear that Denver backed out until early November.  Once I received this news, there was rumor that Milwaukee was going to host the 2016 Nationals, which would have been great.  However after careful consideration, Charlie Keller also passed.  I asked Vern if he would like me to check with Life Time fitness as a possibility for hosting the 2016 Nationals and because we (USHA) were desperate to find a host, Vern said yes.  It's has been exhausting finalizing the agreement as we were working with the legal department of Life Time and the USHA.

It's going to be a great tournament and I'm hoping I can get support from most of the active handball players in Minnesota.   I am not looking for financial commitment, just positive encouragement, promotion, etc.  As you know, passion and love of the game is what drives me.  Just like you I have given much of my adult life to promoting handball.  My desire for this tournament is to give Minnesota handball a very special gift as we will showcase history in the making.  Will Brady tie Alvarardo's record of the most National wins?
